In this class, you will learn how to create a beautiful floral cake.

During this class, we will:
• Assemble a 2 layer 5 inch cake.
• Observe the process to make American buttercream.
• Blend 3 colours of buttercream with colours of your choice.
• Apply different decorating techniques involved with decorating a cake using a palette knife and piping tips.

You will finish the workshop with your own boxed up cake and a booklet full of information to start you on your cake journey.

Aprons, light refreshments and wonderful company will be provided.
